You said here yourself what she loves to do. Go to a craft store and have fun picking out special things she can do with her hands.

Maybe like a drawing board or something.
Not huge, but maybe a small one or something for her to draw,write,and color on.

Or anything she likes and can use with her hands.
Hopefully something will put a bright smile on her face.
