If it is dry skin on your face and acne then use a face scrub
you can get it at any store in the face soap isle. It scrubs off all the dead skin and afterwards use a lotion like Curel, it doesnt make your face oiley
if it is on your body get the lotion Eucerin idk how to spell it
its something like that but also a body wash scrub helps take away the dead skin

Use a facial scrub to eliminate the nasty stuff (I like St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub) and use a facial moisturizer like Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer plus SPF 15 to keep the nasty stuff away.

Yeah if you use a soap bar, it will give you bumps on the side of your face.
