anyway could this be skin cancer? =( even though i am 21? i went to the dermatologist yesterday & they were closed for the day & i am going again tomorrow but i am worried. Any advice…?

You can get skin cancer at any age young or old. You should get any mole checked out that is an irregular shape or bigger than a pencil eraser is.

Not trying to scare you or anything but you can have cancer at ANY age.
I highly, HIGHLY suggest you go to a doctor and talk to him/her about it
the sooner you get tested for it the better
you can start getting chemo and it will really slow down the process

i had a lump under my ear.. sounds like the same exact thing. i was scared for same reason. doctor said it was nothing, just a weird deposit of some kind and sucked it out with a big ass needle. now im fine!

Sadly, yes, it could possibly be. Age is not a factor anymore.
Go to your dermatologist ASAP. They will be able to diagnose it far better.

Cancer is fairly unlikely but it does happen once in a long while. You’re doing the right thing by getting a doctor tomorrow to diagnose it. Just say a prayer, focus on some positive things in your life and let the thoughts go until you have more information from the doctor.

People who have got a severe sunburn have double the risk of having skin cancer in their life.
There is a 46.53% chance you have skin cancer, due to your age, since people 19-40 have that risk. But I do not know anything about that bump. sorry

it is possible that i could be cancer. obviously its not as likely at the age of 21 but there is still a chance it could be. the dermatologist will give you a more definite answer and will let you know if it is or not. usually if there is a suspicion that it is you will have to go in for testing of the material of the lump to see if it is a cancer. good luck im sure you will be okay

You can be born with it. There is no age for it. That sounds disgusting that you can push fat out of pores..never heard of that.
