    The sea water helped the acne I had on my back when I was a teen.
    A good test to take if you have skin problems is called alcat test. It is a food & substance test that tests which foods your body tolerates & which not. Many people say they have been helped greatly with a variety of their skin conditions by avoiding the foods the test showed up to avoid.
    I believe it is well worth looking into it.
    I’m sure it will help you too. Nonetheless you should go to swim in sea water. It does us good whenever we can get to it.
