<a href="http://kansieo.com">skin problems</a>

I have the same problem! I have one on my chin now, and unlike before, this one isn't responding to medication and its spreading. I'm finding a real lack of information on this sort of thing. Try icing it till the swelling goes down, but topical acne treatments wont work. I used to use something called Derma-T especially for this kind of acne and it usually took care of them within a day or two. Talk to your dermatologist about it, because medications for this are out there.

Try a gentle exfoliator on your skin. That will help diminish the marks.

<a href="http://kansieo.com">skin problems</a>

Make sure you are moisturizing after you cleanse. Too dry of skin will just irritate the acne and make it worse. Everyone (even though it doesnt seem like it) goes through acne. Wash your face twice a day with a mild cleanser, but keep in mind that acne isnt caused by dirty skin. So, even though you take awesome care of your skin, you may still have acne. At that point, you may want to see a dermatologist. Dont pick at youself, this will cause scarring and take the affected area alot longer to heal.

Hi there, i have the same problem and have been going to the doctor for it, the best thing i've found so far is using an anti-acne wash, i use nuetrogena, oil free moisterisor, and dabbing liquid savlon onto the affected areas. The other things is eating less acidic food, like citrus, and cutting back on coffee!

use a moisturizer after you wash your face, and before you apply makeup. it helps out with dry skin. Try Biore line of products or Mary-kay. A dermatologist can prescribe you something also but the cream sometimes dries out the skin.

Cliche, yes. Untruthful, no. Dermatologist understand these sorts of situations well : )
Check it out with one of them, and you'll get a quick answer.

Also if you want to just keep using cleansers, ensure that you wash EVERY day, if not morning and night, then at least in the morning -- that way you get everything thats rested on your face while you sleep.
Avoiding caffiene can help as well.
