I know you can get it from direct contact like holding hands. What about a quick touch on someone arm? If a person is infected with scabies do they wash their clothing, bedding and furniture before applying the cream or wash clothing and wipe furniture the next day? Do you have to wear gloves every time you wipe the furniture and handling laundry?

I’ve got itchy, little red bumps all over those areas. I don’t know what it is but nothing I do seems to make it go away. I think it’s scabies. Though that’s kind of odd because there are 5 people living in my house that I come in close contact with but only one other person seems to have it.
