What is wrong with my cats fur and skin?

Let me make this a little clwarer. This cat will only let you pet her periodically. And if you act as if you are going to pick her up or reach for her to quickly she becomes a wild panther. She will try to bite ,claw or whatever it takes to keep you from picking her up. Even when she lets you pet her if you move your foot or something she’s gone for ahile.

How often should you use permethrin 5% cream for scabies?
